Order Cancellations
Every order at Ammamma Inti Vantalu is cooked fresh after you place it, so cancellations are only possible within a short window.
- Cancellation requests are considered only if made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order has been dispatched.
- Once your order has been packed, handed to the courier partner or marked as dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If an order has already left our kitchen and is out for delivery, you may choose to refuse the parcel at your doorstep.
- To request a cancellation, write to us at support@ammammaintivantalu.com or message us on WhatsApp at 9390937607 with your order number.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof of the damaged or defective item and its packaging. Your request will be processed once our team has checked and verified the issue at our end.
Incorrect or missing items
If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, or an item is missing from your parcel, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof showing the mismatch against your order. We will verify the claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Product not as described
If you feel the product received is not as shown on our website or not as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will look into your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all our pickles, sweets, snacks and spice powders are freshly cooked food items made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or taste and spice-level preference.
Returns, replacements or refunds are offered only where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, and is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
To raise a request, email support@ammammaintivantalu.com or WhatsApp 9390937607 with your order number, the item concerned, and the supporting photos or video.
Where a return is accepted, the item should be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and must include its original packaging, seal and labels. Once the returned item is received and inspected by us, we will notify you by email about its receipt and the outcome of our quality check. If approved, your return or exchange request will be processed in accordance with this policy.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Products that have been opened, used, partly consumed or tampered with, except where a genuine quality issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items purchased on sale, clearance or as part of a promotional offer, unless damaged or defective.
- Festival pre-orders and customised or made-to-request batches, such as adjusted spice levels or millet variants, once production has begun.
- Any other category of product identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Requests raised after the 48-hour reporting window, or without the required photo or video proof.
Perishable and food products are, by their nature, exempt from general returns. Such categories of products are identified to you at the time of purchase.
Refunds
- Once a refund has been approved by Ammamma Inti Vantalu, it is processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges levied at the time of purchase are not refundable.
- Where a replacement is agreed instead of a refund, the replacement is dispatched in the next available production batch.
